Questions you may have
Will I lose control under hypnosis?
No. You remain aware, can speak and can end the hypnosis at any time. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention, similar to being completely absorbed in a book or film and nothing happens against your will.
What if I can't be hypnotised?
Most people can experience hypnosis; the depth varies from person to person and often deepens with practice. The First Journey is designed to let you experience it gently and see how you respond. If you do not get any benefit, you will get full refund.
Does hypnotherapy work online?
Online sessions follow the same structure as sessions in Zurich. You need a quiet, private room, ideally headphones, a stable internet connection and somewhere comfortable to recline. Many people find it easier to relax in their own space.
Is it covered by health insurance?
No. Sessions are self-paid and are not reimbursed by basic or supplementary health insurance.
Is hypnosis suitable for everyone?
Not always. If you have epilepsy, a psychotic or bipolar disorder, a severe dissociative condition, are currently in an acute crisis, or are under psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, please speak with your doctor or therapist and contact me before booking. Sessions are for adults (18+).
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share remains confidential and is not passed on, unless the law requires it. Personal information is stored securely and only for as long as necessary.
What if I need to cancel?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Later cancellations or missed sessions are charged in full. Details are in the Terms.
