1 Controller

2 Principles
The protection of your personal data is a central concern. Only as little data as possible is collected, used only for clearly stated purposes, and never sold. This privacy policy explains how your personal data is processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
3 What data we process
Session bookings: first name, last name, e-mail address, time zone, requested appointment and the details you share with us. Audio journey account: first name, last name, e-mail address and an encrypted password. Payments: payments are handled via Stripe; we receive your name, e-mail address, amount and invoice data. You enter your payment details (e.g. card number) directly with Stripe — they are not stored on this website. Communication: when you contact us, we process the details and messages you send.
4 Health-related data
In the context of hypnotherapy sessions, information relating to health may be shared. This specially protected data is treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively for preparing and conducting the sessions. It is not passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
5 Purposes
We process personal data to handle bookings and payments, create invoices, communicate with you and give you access to the audio journeys you have purchased. With your consent, we also collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the website. Data is shared only with the service providers listed below and where required by law.
6 Cookies and Google Analytics
A technically necessary cookie is required for signing in; it stores your sign-in session and is needed for the site to work. For reach measurement we use Google Analytics — only after your explicit consent via the cookie notice. Google Analytics sets cookies that store a random identifier to count page views; your IP address is truncated so that it cannot be traced back to you. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

7 First-party reach measurement
With your consent, we also measure how our website is used, so we can improve it. This first-party measurement records which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts, and general details such as country, device and language. It uses no third-party advertising tools and is stored only for as long as needed for these statistics. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings.
7 Service providers
We work with carefully selected service providers who process personal data on our behalf: Lovable Cloud (hosting and database of this website), Stripe (payment processing), Google (Google Analytics) and the delivery service for transactional e-mails. Transfers abroad take place mainly to countries with an adequate level of protection; where required, contractual safeguards are agreed.
9 Retention
Booking and session data is kept for as long as necessary for your care. Invoice and payment data is retained for 10 years in accordance with statutory retention obligations. Account data is deleted as soon as you request deletion of your account. Analytics data is stored for a maximum of 14 months.
10 Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to certain processing. Send your request to privacy(at)ingazollinger.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
11 Data security
The website is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS). Personal data is stored securely; audio files are kept in a private area and can only be accessed via temporary, personal links. Nevertheless, no security on the internet can be guaranteed in absolute terms.
12 Changes
This privacy policy may be updated when necessary. The current version published on this page applies.
