Terms and Conditions
1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sessions, programmes and digital products of Inga Zollinger - Hypnotherapy (the “Provider”).
2 Nature of the Service
The Provider offers hypnotherapy for personal development, self-reflection and relaxation. No illnesses are diagnosed or treated; the services are not psychotherapy and do not replace medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment. What is owed is careful professional conduct, not a specific outcome.
3 Requirements
The services are intended for persons aged 18 and over. The client answers the intake questionnaire truthfully and informs the Provider of any changes in health that may be relevant to the suitability of hypnotherapy. The Provider may decline or end a session if hypnotherapy does not appear advisable or if the person is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4 Booking and Payment
Sessions are paid in advance at the time of booking. All prices are in Swiss francs, excluding VAT. VAT is charged in accordance with legal requirements. For programmes, payment in instalments may be agreed; the instalments are due as agreed.
5 Rescheduling and Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours in advance. In the event of later cancellation or non-attendance, the full amount will be charged. In justified exceptional cases, such as sudden illness, the Provider may decide with goodwill. If the Provider must cancel an appointment, a replacement appointment will be offered. A refund is granted only in exceptional cases.
6 Programmes
Sessions are to be taken within 3 months, and those of the “Der rote Faden” (The Red Thread) programme within 6 months of the first programme session. Either party may end a programme at any time. In this case, services already rendered (sessions taken as well as personal recordings already delivered) will be invoiced pro rata at the programme price and services not yet taken will be refunded; instalments already paid will be offset.
7 Online Sessions
The client ensures a quiet, undisturbed space, headphones and a stable internet connection. If technical interruptions occur on the Provider's side, the lost time will be made up.
8 Support between Sessions
Where agreed, this takes place on weekdays via the encrypted channel designated by the Provider; a reply is usually given within 72 hours. It is not an emergency or crisis intervention service.
9 Recordings and Digital Products
Personal recordings and audio journeys may be used exclusively for private purposes; sharing, publication or editing is not permitted. Digital products are made available online in the personal login area after order confirmation. After purchase, returns are excluded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11 Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Provider treats all information confidentially unless there is a legal duty to disclose. The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).
12 Liability
The Provider's liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law; liability for intent and gross negligence remains reserved. The client remains responsible for their own health and for decisions in their own life.
13 Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers and mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence.
The German-language version of these Terms is the legally binding and governing version. In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy or conflict between translations, the German-language version shall prevail.
