No. Hypnosis involves focused attention, not surrendering your will. You can speak, ask questions and stop at any time. Experiences vary from person to person.
You stay aware and in control throughout our session, and you can stop at any moment.
Does hypnosis work, even if I'm sceptical?
Scepticism is welcome. I have spent more than twenty years investigating complex events, where evidence counts more than assumptions. You do not need to believe in hypnosis; it is enough to be curious. The first session shows you how you respond, so you can decide on your own experience.
You do not need to perform or reach a particular depth. We can discuss what you notice and whether this way of working suits you. Specific benefits cannot be guaranteed.
What does a first session look like?
The Happy Memories Session costs CHF 500 and lasts 2 to 2.5 hours, in person in Zurich or online worldwide. Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before. No obligation to continue.
